The principal objective of the specialized exhibition “Career” is establishment of the system of efficient links between educational institutions and production enterprises with the purpose of creating a civilized specialists labour market and informing specialists and managers about the possibilities of further education ensuring their career progress. Obtaining full data about the most popular professions at the job market, consulting on the problems of job placement, advanced training and further education. The first day, theoretical one, is held in the form of presentation of the employer companies and working in sections. The second and third days, practical ones, are held in the form of a Job Fair.

The principal participant is a “young professional”, a graduate of a university, college or lyceum with an urgent need to find the way what to do after graduation, how to search for a job, where to work and how to grow personally and professionally.
